I'm a Swift Water & Flood Rescue Technician, and now, as the weather improves, it's time to speak to your loved ones about the risks of #openwater swimming.

Here's some excellent info from @RLSSUK that might just save someone's life;

He was my Sgt, my Inspector but most of all he was my mate. Pushed me to do things I never thought I could and made me a better cop and person. Rest easy Dan, RIP

Horrific news from London this morning.

We hope that the Bobbies involved recover quickly.

Thoughts also with colleagues who responded & families who had a dreaded knock at the door this morning when they didn't come home on time.

Stay safe and look after each other out there.
