Rule changes for the SpaceX $SPCX IPO:
Index providers waived the profitability requirement and cut the seasoning window from 90 days to 5.
This forces over $30 trillion in passive 401k and retirement money to buy SpaceX at IPO valuations.
Bloomberg Intelligence estimates S&P 500 funds must absorb 19% of SpaceX's float within 6 months.
Russell 1000 and Nasdaq 100 funds will absorb 24%.
The rules built to protect passive investors:
1. S&P 500 has required 12 months of trading and 4 quarters of GAAP profitability since 2002. Both waived.
2. Nasdaq cut its inclusion window from 90 trading days to 15.
3. FTSE Russell cut its to 5.
All three benchmarks are now structured to buy SpaceX at IPO pricing.
@Cernovich You pick the Vietnam draft as an example? 8% of the population? A third of that 8% were actually in country. You paid 18% rates on house values that were only 3-4x yearly income? I can't believe you would be so naive with actual statistics and apply it to the general population.
Jewish population of Kentucky is under 1%, even less of that 1% are Zionists, I don't know how you see this as anything other than blatant foreign influence of a domestic US election.
Ed Gallrein’s victory in KY and Clay Fuller’s win in GA ensures two outspoken pro-Israel voices are positioned to fill seats previously held by outspoken detractors, Thomas Massie and Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Our community was proud to help pro-Israel candidates win these races.
This Massie/Gallrein primary is being blown out of proportion.
I wanted Thomas Massie to win and I’m very sad he lost, but I’m honestly not surprised at all.
The average age of a Republican primary voter is in their mid-50s.
That demographic is not on X all day.
They are on Fox News, which has spent the last month feeding them anti-Massie propaganda.
Massie has great national appeal and even strong statewide appeal.
He just does not fit a closed Republican primary electorate in Kentucky the same way.
Trump still has a massive pull with MAGA voters, especially older ones, and pretending otherwise is silly.
All tonight really showed is that a huge portion of boomer MAGA voters will call the sky green and the grass blue if Trump tells them to, and we already knew that.
We've forgotten this country was founded on the principle that congress was a part time job held by business owners and farmers, yet government has become a bloated full time job listening to lobbyists and attending fundraising events. #ShrinkTheFederalGov
Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.
It seems intellectual regression has made its way to SCOTUS and Alito is not having it. There used to be a certain decorum and civility that existed in all 3 branches despite political affiliation, the last bastion of that was SCOTUS. RBG is rolling in her grave.
Justice Alito fires back at Justice Jackson, calling her solo dissent "baseless and insulting" and "utterly irresponsible" after she accused the majority of abandoning principle for power.
There is a Virginia, we existed long before NoVA became the prize of the litter by sucking on the Federal teat to the detriment of the rest of the state. The tax revenue is created by NGO, lobbyist, and Fed workers. NoVA doesnt produce anything except regulation and hot air.
@Snakeeater36@LtNOWIS You’re not even from here bro you don’t speak for Virginians.
Without the taxes and support from Nova, there is no Virginia. I say this as a Richmonder who’s family has been here as long as there has been a Virginia.
Quit running off on the mouth like you understand my home.
American exceptionalism to pander to a voter base that will support them and their suicidal empathy. God help us all if we sacrifice the majority for the minority in the name of "progress".
We watched a party brazenly commit the exact act they accuse their political enemies of trying to do while claiming moral superiority. This will not end as a temporary measure. This is a scare tactic into a political system ran by a party that is willing to tear down... (1/2)
Virginia voters have spoken, and tonight they pushed back against a President who claims he is ‘entitled’ to more Republican seats in Congress.
As we watched other states go along with those demands without voter input, Virginians refused to let that stand. We responded the right way: at the ballot box.
🗳️Election Day, Virginia!
Virginia’s redistricting referendum is a temporary, targeted response to what we’ve seen in other states. It preserves our bipartisan process into the future.
Polls are open until 7:00pm. Find your polling place @ https://t.co/aM5u6of9DS. Vote YES.
"We should allow murder because other states are allowing murder, and we can't be the only ones not allowing murder, to restore fairness, we should allow murder until 2030. Then we can decide if murder is allowed in the future." FFS.
I love the way this is framed. New congressional districts that would disenfranchise almost half of Virginia GOP voters are designed "to restore fairness in the upcoming elections." Modern American politics is just lies piled upon lies.
The median US income for 2025 was around $60,000. Out of this, around $12,000 will be paid in taxes; 20% of one’s salary; 2.4 months of the year.
11m/12,000= 917 people’s tax payments
917 people wasted a cumulative 66,941 days, or 183 years, working diligently just for this guy to abscond with their money
And that’s just this one guy.
This money was taken from people at gunpoint, forcibly removed from their paychecks, wrested from their pockets, under the auspices of “fixing the roads,” and “funding the schools,” just for the world’s retards to steal it in looney tunes schemes while our government sits there with their heads up their asses
Tax fraud is not just mythical money taken out of a bottomless pocket; this sort of fraud and our government’s inability and unwillingness to do anything about it makes a mockery of the days and weeks and years that people take to work to try and create a better life and a better future for themselves
In our anarcho-tyrannical system, the backbone of our country gets penalized, threatened, persecuted, and prosecuted, while the world’s poor are given free rein to siphon off the only truly limited resource we have: time.
And, thankfully, because of our “compassionate” justice system, even if they catch him, even if they charge him, even if they convict him (all pretty big ifs), then his punishment is… living off the taxpayer dime.
Jeff Bezos has $222 billion.
If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over.
And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.
iran ministry of foreign relations has put out at least one statement indicating us soldiers will be regarded as prisoners of war under geneva convention…but only if the united states reciprocated.
secretary of defense pete hegseth has said “no quarter, no mercy” for us enemies.
@neeratanden You are not my friend if your answer to gerrymandering is more gerrymandering. The disguise of "fair elections" while slicing the state from 6-5 to 10-1 to counteract federal election results. I don't care if Pol Pot was president, political rigging is an insult to constituents.
State Sec. Rubio: “Imagine if instead of spending billions on weapons, Iran spent that money on its people. They’d have a much different country.”
