Absolutely Horrible Service Beware of This fraud Company!

I purchased a water softener from this company on April 6, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The delivery took nearly a month, and the installation? It never happened. no refund too

Today i called CC they told me the refund was not initiated and they have done it now.(tells me this everytime i call) they refrain to send any mail confirmation or reply to the dozens of mails i have send.

I have cancelled my ticket on 17th May, Its been 1.5months still havent got refunded, everytime i call customer care they tell they have initiated it n will get it in 5-7 days, or puts me on hold n hangs up. Send dozen mails and never got any replies either #airindia @airindiain

@makemytrip My Bangalore to Tokyo (round trip) flight was on 9th April. Via Malaysian Airlines which was cancelled and the refund was processing. I booked the ticket on 26Jan and cancelled on 16 March. Till now i havent received the refund. Its been 5 months i want my refund asap
