According to ego man in my messages , who's still squashing his spots, Boomers are the problem !
We just cost so much and we don't understand the need for the green agenda!
Of course we don't.
Because we had our milk delivered by a horse drawn milk float, in recyclable bottles that we washed and put out the next day.
Food was bought fresh from local shops that we walked to and was brought home in brown paper carrier bags with string handles. We didn't have take aways delivered in single use plastic. Working class boomers always used public transport as many had no cars.

We didn't throw a sickie because it was a shameful thing to do. We holidayed for two weeks in summer so seldom used hotel towels or had to think of the impact on the ocean. We had work shoes and best shoes, not 15 pairs of trainers imported from China. No one had drink in their house, unless they had a drink problem, everyone took a packed lunch or used the discounted work's canteen. We didn't spend £3 on a frappylattemachiato and a further £3 quid on an exotic sandwich.
There was no Mr Kipling, we baked.
We've paid tax for decades,
Now we're expected to stump up for deposits for our kids and grandchildren's houses because Ego man's generation have blown their money on, three day stag nights or hen parties, online gambling, piss ups tattoos and movie star beauty treatments and Tickets for gigs...now we even have to arrange and pay for our own funeral as the family sit around wondering who gets Nana's house..but we're the problem 🤷🤦
