@ZiLu9380 Such powerful information! I would argue that lack of support from upper management should possibly be higher up on the scale in a SA context. Leaders are comfortable with how things have always been done and we are the drivers of change
@MileNgaka Apart from receiving only direct instruction from district officials, schools have mostly been working in isolation. We need to investigate how to share physical and human resources with one another to collaborate and grow as an entire community
