@HillelNeuer @FranceskAlbs Most Lower Court Judges do their job and do what the Appellate Court says. However, many try a different legal maneuver to get the same result in a final ruling which will also be appealed. (Yes… This is why people hate lawyers, but unlike Francesca, I am a lawyer.)

@HillelNeuer @FranceskAlbs Hate to be “Um Actually” guy. It’s true after a temporary order, that same Judge will make the final ruling. Here, the Appellate Court temporarily rescinded the Order, but it still goes back the same Judge, who is supposed to follow the appellate legal interpretation.

@HillelNeuer @FranceskAlbs Most attorneys who concentrate on appellate procedure will also tell you that they prefer losing at the lower court level, because the “Appellant” generally gets to submit 2 briefs (Initial and Reply), while the “Appellee” only gets 1 (Opposition) Brief.
