I have complained directly to Mweb - and on various social media channels- to no avail!
My issue is a VOIP one
Calling in/the App is useless!!!
I have reverted back to Mweb via a DM on 4 occasions.
This with my email details and reiterating my issues as requested!
And no word from them!!!
They just don’t care!!!
A customer of 3 decades is shocked at this totally dismissive behaviour!!
Totally disgusted!!!

I really have no confidence in Mweb whatsoever- used to be good and on the ball - and now seemingly could not give a damn!

Mweb service is absolutely diabolical!

No answer after calling despite being # one in the Q. The App similarly useless !

Have wasted a multitude of hours this week trying to sort out 2 technical issues
Fibre eventually sorted
But VoIP the worst - besides being first in the Q - I gave up after 50 minutes or so!
Mweb equals ineptitude!!!
