@RadioFreeTom New Pentagon questionnaire for candidates for promotion:
1. Are you a white male? If yes, go to question 2; if No, sign this document and return it to the staff.
@LakotaMan1 I dislike everything about Mace, BUT I do respect her Epstein vote and then her refusal to change it even after it became clear that it was the obstacle to getting Trump's endorsement. Still, we'll be better off without her in Congress.
@PabloReports@FilmThePoliceLA The biggest risk with Platner, IMO, is that he becomes the next Fetterman. To do so, he'd need to do an about-face on all his public positions
@Tjonesonthenba One benefit of League Pass is seeing other teams' broadcasts. Marlowe is a true professional and very good at play by play. Hastings is OK and some of his shtick gets wearisome, but I don't see any need for the change quality-wise. Must be purely financial
@SamQuinnCBS Rule: playoff suspensions are delayed until the next season; monetary penalties are immediate. If a player retires or is out of the league the next year, then he's fined his game day salary for each day of the suspension to be taken out of any deferred salary/benefit or pension
@SamQuinnCBS So the lesson to be learned from these non-flagrant calls is that it is only a common foul to run full speed into an opposing player or to grab him by the neck and sling him to the ground. If a Knick bench player went into the game to do that it's OK?
@DavidAFrench CA rules are to facilitate mail in voting while making sure no fraud occurs. Mailed ballots are not counted until AFTER in-person so rolls can be checked to be sure of no double voting and that signatures are valid. These anti-fraud measures take time.
@AnthonyIrwinLA complete bullshit. NBA has apparently decided that Wemby now gets the Jordan treatment (who allegedly "played baseball" instead of being suspended for gambling)
