So, it's one of those embarrassing social questions that has possible cultural overtones. If you are traveling, foreign country, you know, you're just too embarrassed to ask what to do. You've finally gotten that sticky bit of the WEF off your leg (yuck!), and wrapped in a tissue, but what to do with it? Can you just toss it into a trash bin?
