@RogersHelps Looking to change my packages. 3 calls over an hr. Today’s was 1 hr 39 mins. Cut off 3 times! This is insanely terrible customer services. And the funny thing is they ask you to rate them high on a survey I am going to receive after the call. You can’t make this up!
