@611odmoon @wahumaru 下の英語圏の方が言ってる通り、そもそも解答した方が極めて少数、かつ元々反AIの方がほとんどだったそうです。そして実装しなかった原因は、何を持ってAI使用と定義するのか難しく、結局正直にAI使用と表記した人が損をしてしまう構造になりかねなかったからやめたそうですよ。

練習や学習の過程で他者の作品を模倣することは問題ないはずだ。
それはほとんどの人間の絵描きがやっていることだからね。
しかし手描きだろうとAIだろうと他者の作品を出力して、それをむやみに公開したり商用利用するのは当然ダメに決まってる。
紙幣を忠実に模写して偽造するやつさえいるからね。

ですから著作権という観点で見た時
無断学習は全く問題が無いんです。

@karatademada It's not. Humans learn by "stealing". The only reason anyone has a "style" is because they learned and copied from those who came before them. AI just does that thousands of times faster. It's not literally taking something that you owned and claiming it as its own.

“Real” artists “steal” from other artists all the time. It’s called inspiration. In school they literally teach based on other artists work. AI learns the same thing so it can generate something new based on what it learned. A reasonable person understands this. That anti-ai crowd is just twisting the facts because they thrive on hate and that’s what they do in every facet of life. They aren’t happy otherwise. There is no understanding it.
