@Cex Absolute nightmare for customer service.. I ordered a laptop online which was originally lost at the Royal Mail depot and CEX kept fobbing me off, so I followed it up myself. Item eventually arrived damaged and now going round in circles trying to return and get refunded.. 🙄

@DwrCymru No, but have reported a leak from a burst pipe in Brackla, Bridgend (CF31 2LJ) 3 times since Sunday. It was initially showing on your website as a problem but for the last 2 days its showing as no problems in the area, yet, thousands of litres of water are still pouring out daily
