@PayPalUK I raised a case against a seller which has now been closed but I'm still waiting for my product. The only options to report the issue to to say I've received it. How can I open the case for an item not received after you closed it?

@TUIUK I've previously booked a Cuban holiday with Tui and its still on my Tui file. I recentl booked a vegas trip. Your Manager knew all about the ESTA but omitted the issue with Cuba. Now I have to pay £100 to change the booking because of your bad advice. Poor service!

@RoyalMailHelp what on earth has gone wrong with the postal service? 5 weeks for a 1st class letter to reach its destination, mail nor getting through, deliveries to the wrong addresses. Shocking service all round!
