SpaceX is about to IPO at a price that represents 90 times revenue, that's not earnings since, together with xAi it runs a loss. This seemingly insane valuation is justified by envisioning data centers in space. Elon Musk in a interview with Dimon explained how it would work.

1/2 the data centers would laser the data to Starlink satellites who would transmit the data to earth. But Starlink satellites transmit at only 180 to 220 Megabytes per second. Your WiFi 7 does 46 Gps. Bundles of fiber from data centers must carry terabytes.
