The situation we’re in right now is very serious. Public health capacity has been exceeded and we need to get things back under control.
We need everyone to follow the public health measures like people’s lives depend on it – because they do.
so in case you need to hear it, your coping mechanisms may be complicated, your coping mechanisms may be something you’re working to change, but they have kept you alive and if you find yourself needing them, it’s okay.
