AB Wildfire and municipalities have tools to limit human caused fires through fire restrictions, fire bans, and OHV restrictions.

@traceylorenson @cityofkamloops Agreed….when I was deployed to @CityofMerritt for their flooding in 2021, the @cityofkamloops was one of the many communities who provided assistance and were huge in their support of me as Information Officer.

@traceylorenson So frustrating to hear your situation. Emergency Managers need to be straight with people….if there is nothing to deploy then say that, if you screwed up say that, but don’t say you are there when you aren’t….it makes it so much harder when we need people to evacuate next time.
