Biden is quite literally reading the answers from his notecards. He’s not even pretending he didn’t receive the questions beforehand.
I have to respect that.
Can you believe this used to be an In ‘N Out in Oakland? The first and only restaurant ever closed in their franchise history.
Walmart, 2 Starbucks, a Subway, In ‘N Out, a Dennys, Black Bear Diner… all closed along the Hegenberger coridor in East Oakland.
And now the A’s play their last home game in Oakland in September.
All those lost jobs.
Recall @MayorShengThao Recall Pamela Price.
Sunday is the last day for the In-N-Out in Oakland. After nearly two decades in business, the popular chain is closing the East Bay location due to crime.
It's the restaurant's first-ever permanent closure. https://t.co/iyRYxZbhBT #innout#storeclosing
Remember back in the “good old days” when you could still eat at @tacobell?
In-N-Out and Dennys have both closed up shop in Oakland and now Taco Bell is closing their dining rooms and going to drive through only over public safety too.
Remember last year when @MayorShengThao said she’d declare a state of emergency in Oakland if we didn’t have a police chief by the end of the year? Here we are in March with still no Oakland police chief and no end to the violence in sight.
Hopefully we can recall Pam Price next month and Sheng Thao after that.
#BREAKING: Macy's will close its San Francisco Union Square location, according to Supervisor Aaron Peskin, as the company announces the closure of more than 150 stores.
Peskin says the flagship store will stay open until they sell the property. https://t.co/or2tPeJwYv
@GuntherEagleman People like myself who took out a student loan must be responsible for paying them back. Just like criminals committing a crime must serve jail time as consequences.
Peaceful protestors were reportedly attacked by relatives of Oakland City Officials this morning for speaking up against corruption at the Mayor’s press conference.
UNBELIEVABLE. Garrett Jones, assistant principal for an elementary school in @AlachuaSchools says he thinks it’s appropriate for 8-year-old kids to be reading p*rnogr*phy and dirty magazines in school.
