Journey to redoing the house slowly and simply being proud of what I have. Of course I would like to change and do more but I can’t stop enjoying what I have now. So if we’re watching movies on the floor until I get new couches then might as well build a fort too.Thankful always.
I can’t believe how I’ve taken some things for granted. People have been saying they never imagined buying a home, or how they’re first gen homeowners. And I’ve always been like ‘when’ not ‘if’, ‘when’. And I bought my first house at 22. And catch myself complaining because
I haven’t painted this, redone that etc. like if buying a house before a shutdown wasn’t hard enough I catch myself not only complaining but feeling disappointed in myself. I bought a beautiful 4 bedroom house, have my miniature zoo and amazing Mila. I need to enjoy my journey
Why am I like this? Mila needs to eat soft food for ONE day and tell me why I bought over 32
Cups of jello, 8 of pudding (she doesn’t even like pudding), and three boxes of applesauce pouches. I hate myself
Im allergic to bleach, but my house isn’t clean unless I use it. So everyday I have to clean in sections and breathe outside to avoid dying and my throat closing but also I have to use it everywhere. 💀💀
If one more older person tells me I’m too young to be excited about shopping at sam’s I’m going to force them to feed mila for a week so they can have fun running to Walmart every two days.
