After months of false statements being made publicly about me and my work, a civil complaint has now been filed. I won't be engaging on this further and will let the Alaska court process address it.

I will not engage publicly in personal disputes or false claims. The matter has been documented and reported to law enforcement, with evidence already on file.

Bitcoin Alaska remains focused on its mission — building education, opportunity, and innovation for Alaskans and the Bitcoin community.

I appreciate the many messages of support. I trust the truth, the evidence, and the process will speak for themselves.
