@ubctvuganda Why didn't he add political affiliation? Is he avoiding question from Ugandans who will ask him why he hates Dr Kizza Besigye because of his political views?
@frankbalkazerg1 Send isn't supporting the acid attack vs Hanifa. He's suggesting that Hanifa could have been attacked by some1 else — either 1 of her other jilted sexual partners or 1 of the annoyed women whose husbands she slept with — rather than Dr. Buyinza who's being blamed for the attack.

@NabaasaInnocent@NumaProducts Culturally, acquiring orubengo is the role of the husband. He should go to the hills, look for the appropriate stone, shape it into a suitable rubengo, along with esiiso and bring them home.
@BrianAtuheire The bigger problem we have with public officials is not that they lack understanding. The problem is that some are always absent (physically or mentally) when key promosals are being discussed, they don't read, they don't ask questions to understand & they don't even listen.
@fatukunda@newvisionwire Somethings don't need a debate to discuss whether they're good or not. City square is 1 of them. That must be a protected area like we have national parks and wetlands.
@CanaryMugume Majority public officials approve proposals, projects and decisions they know nothing about. Not because they're forced to approve. But because they're absent when those proposals are made. And they don't read, they don't ask questions to understand, and they don't listen.
@AKasingye She was not just followed by a police officer. She was guarded. And that is how she demonstrates that she's not an ordinary person. She can't go announcing on a megaphone.
@Cathynammy@Makerere It's a very very sad experience.
That's why some students lose hope of ever graduating and they give in to the lecturers' sexual demands.
@MGodwinR@FrankGashumba not all churches are businesses. Catholics, Anglicans, Muslims and SDAs have greatly contributed to spiritual and socioeconomic devt.
@agribussiness1 2/2
It must be made into a law that in addition to their other roles, the LC3 and LC5 are official grassroot representatives of their MPs.
@agribussiness1 1/2
That's a good idea. 50-80 MPs are enough. It's not a guarantee that a MP must always make regular physical tours of his/her constituency. MPs must work through/with local council structures who understands everything on the ground.
@Makerere@makerere the procedure you established for students to report such cases is too bureaucratic to the extent that by the time it provides a solution, students whose marks were deliberately withheld/who were deliberately failed had already missed 1 or even 2 graduation cycles.
@Makerere@Makerere this investigation should extend beyond Dr Faisal Buyinza because there are many female students who have been abused/are undergoing abuse under similar circumstances by different lecturers & feel powerless because of bureaucracy
