I've exited 3 companies from Canada in the past 20 years for the same reason most Canadian founders do.

Why don't you take a look at the largest companies on the TSX and when they were formed. Canada builds walls to keep people in...if Lululemon and Shopify could exit Canada without a huge tax bill I'm sure they would. The rest on that list are ancient companies.
