Did you know that #macrophages (magenta) talk to #fibroblasts (green) and that influences the regenerative outcome after a spinal cord injury? They actually slide and circle around them! Part of our last #preprint (Fixed). Credit to @ozuozge

@DocDellaire 4dpf larvae. We lesion at 3dpf and we analyze until 5dpf. They are almost totally recovered by then!!

Still amazed about the #regeneration capacity of #zebrafish larvae. 24h after lesion and the spinal cord axons already bridge the injury site. Neurons/axons in orange and macrophages (spoiler alert: very important) in green. Love it 😍
