Because this tells us nothing. Numbers cannot speak for themselves. We need context. Without evidence, this is libel and petty partisanship at best.

In the example air resistance is a problem because it is stationary relative to the vehicle. Put a box around it, the air he is diving through is moving with the vehicle.
