@AmazonHelp Absolutely stunned and shocked by nobody understanding the issue at hand at the India Amazon team. Shocked beyond words. This is a total scam and completely unexpected from Amazon after being such a loyal customer for years. @JeffBezos really need your team to look into this.

Had an amazing experience with @airindia 's staff at T3 Delhi airport. No hassle and absolutely amazing staff who helped us through it all. Deepali (10003372) and Donald (10031356) who made it very smooth for us. Going to have a great journey now with this happy start! Thank you!

7 bags from our luggage did not arrive in Edinburgh on the 25th July 2024. @SwissportBags worst service ever! No staff at the airport. No communication on phone! Everyone at the airport seems to be clueless and has been passing the buck to another! NEED A SOLUTION ASAP TO THIS!

@IndiGo6E Please get back asap. First the flights got delayed, then our luggage. We are a group of 34 pax travelling for a show at the Royal Military Tattoo. All costumes and Props for the show are in those bags. No response from anyone. Indigo has really been a horrid experience!

We complained at the @edinburghairport and nobody seems to be knowing where the bags are at! Thankfully one of the bags had an airtag and so we can see the status that they arrived at Edinburgh yesterday morning. But nobody has reached out to us till now about an update!
