I agree 100%. I honestly miss the good old days when people made content on YouTube for the love of it, and not for monetization purposes. And then some dare to say that money doesn’t corrupt…SMH 🤦🏻‍♂️

I miss the days of Youtube when people made content because they truly enjoyed their passions and wanted to share them with the world.

When I see creators making videos just to lament about how much they do or don't earn from the platform, it turns me off of them completely.

Real talk here: traditional retail distribution is a huge reason why physical is being abandoned. Distributors and retailers eat so much of the developer/publisher's margins that it just isn't worth it when they can remain digital.
