Talk about terrible @hertz customer service! Booked a car with @hertz at the FLL Airport and as a Gold member, I went right to the Gold lane to pick my car. Hard to do when there are no cars! @hertz rep says, it will be 5-10 min. Left airport 1hr later. Terrible experience @hertz
