@seanjagermann@gucciricucci@alecsicecream Dairy supply chain is complex especially when you start to niche down with certified organic and A2. Ultimately we made a choice that allowed us to be more accessible, more consistently on shelf, and lower our shelf prices

We are still A2 but transitioned to not certified organic because we were not able to get the amount of dairy we needed to meet our sales even for last year and the costs were going up to the point that it wasn't feasible.
