We are heartbroken to learn of the passing of Dametrius Walker. Meechie was an inspiration to every member of our program and the Michigan family as a whole. He will be missed by so many.

Before he was diagnosed with bone cancer in 2020, Dametrius "Meechie" Walker was a highly recruited DE who had the attention of his dream team: Michigan.

Now, as he continues his fight, the Wolverines have embraced Meechie as one of their own.
