@VirginMoney Yes, I’ve been on the phone 4 times in over a week amounting to over 2hrs of my time. They told me they will definitely have answers for me yesterday and will definitely sort it out. They have blocked my card without notifying me, my regular payments are coming back unpaid.

now left stranded with no access to my CC & declined from obtaining petrol and goods. You gave me no warning of blocking my card and refused to move the money and won’t let me do it.

@MissHudsonHist This happened to me when I was a teacher. However, when speaking to my friends they said it was because they knew I was busy with school prep. They were right, school consumed most of my weekends.
