@Aeroplan Note that your Twitter account and phone greeting message have different information about the deadline of March 31th vs April 30th. Even the agent first thought it was March 31th, I showed him the message on your website. I also never got a message about the deadline extension.
@Aeroplan I am trying to login to my account to cancel an upcoming flight but with no success. I cried Chrome, Incognito and Safari and the login screen just keeps spinning. I tried yesterday and today. Any help since the deadline is today?
