New Mexico Gov. @RepLujanGrisham singed into law House Bill 6 which includes a tax cap of $0.50 per #cigar. This provides much needed tax relief to #IPCPR members & will help retail #tobacconists grow their businesses in the Land of Enchantment. The law will go into effect 7/1/19
