Here is my response to you, and wrapping this up as my final, private or public, interaction with you 🤝
First of all, you kind of forgot to mention quite a few key facts. For example, you signed a no refund policy, and providing you with this opportunity was solely an act of goodwill on our part, which is not common in this space. Since you started with the nice things, I’ll now address all the lies and half-truths below...
1. No one was ever ghosted or left unanswered. In fact, the majority of the community sees us as one of the most transparent and supportive teams around. Constantly jumping into my DMs, or those of other team members and even community managers, asking about the same topic that was just addressed in an email every 5 minutes—no reasonable person would keep replying. And yet, we did for some time.
2. We specifically asked all refund applicants to keep communication in one channel (email) for the sake of transparency and to keep all the data in one place. Every single email inquiry or request was always addressed within a few days, either with a direct reply or covered in a weekly/bi-weekly update.
3. There were 8 or 9 email updates sent to all applicants, with very thorough explanations of the situation and constant follow-ups within private groups, and sometimes even public ones. If someone claims they weren’t addressed for months, it must be some glitch in the universe!
4. Only two people were ever removed from our private KOL group, and if it were up to other KOLs and participants, you’d have been gone a while ago. Instead, we kept your spamming visible for the sake of transparency. I’ve lost count of how many times you were warned about spreading false information and creating a negative atmosphere. And despite being explicitly asked to handle the issue through email correspondence, we kept putting up with it. That’s my mistake - I should have dealt with it sooner.
5. Alen didn’t take anything from you!!! We paid a 15% onboarding fee to the manager who brought you, and they didn’t respond to us for over 10 weeks. That caused the initial delay, as we didn’t know how to proceed with refunds. Since offering refunds was purely a goodwill gesture from us, we’re obviously not paying fees twice. It seems your memory is playing tricks on you, because we finally reached an agreement, albeit through limited communication, on September 30th. So, in reality, you’ve been waiting for two weeks, not four months as you like to claim.
I won’t go any further, even though I can easily back up my statements with more details and evidence, because honestly, you’re not worth the time. Consider that as rude or however you like, but I have no tolerance for this kind of hypocrisy.
In conclusion, I’ve built strong relationships with most of our supporters, other KOLs, and investors—some of whom I can even call good friends. We have over 800 investors in our database, and we maintain excellent communication on a daily basis. The only consistent issues we’ve had are with you and maybe two or three other individuals. It’s not a competition, but I’d say the numbers speak for themselves.
By the way, while I’ve been busy handling more urgent tasks, you should have received a follow-up to your email, confirming that over 85% of refund requests have been processed—well before the midnight deadline. The remaining few will be addressed midweek, so before you start speaking on behalf of others again, keep that in mind.
You’re free to spread misinformation in your private channels, but this is a polite public warning: none of us will tolerate this sort of behavior any longer. It’s up to you how you proceed from here.
Cheers and let`s go $YBR 🚀
