Protecting creators' rights in the #GenAI age can be challenging. Just as the concept of copyrights was difficult to understand when Gutenberg invented letter-press printing, it may be hard to imagine today. However, like the Licensing of the Press Act 1662 and Statute of Anne by @UKParliament, I predict that legislation will eventually emerge to safeguard these types of creative works.
