📢 Prometheum Capital @PrometheumInc, HashKey Digital Asset Group and Velocity Capital have signed a binding MOU to internationalise tokenised U.S. equities.

The tokenised equities will be digital twins of the underlying equities custodied at DTC, maintaining the same investor protections, entitlements and ownership rights as traditional shares.

Under the agreement, HashKey will distribute tokenised U.S. equities through its eligible licensed exchanges across multiple jurisdictions.
