This is typical for most geopolitical analysts. They are fixated in interpreting world politics through the lens of theories such as balance of power, game theory, economic processes, etc., that they ignore exopolitical factors such as ET and ancient tech driving international conflict.

That's a big mistake. They will come to realize their folly as UFO disclosure unfolds, and a new way emerges of understanding what's driving international conflicts such as Iran, which has much to do with control of stargates, portals, giants, ancient tech, etc.

Elon Musk agrees with scientists who love citing the Fermi paradox that alien civilizations should be everywhere, so why haven't we heard from them?

Actually, there's good reason to believe that Enrico Fermi, who first proposed this alleged paradox, knew all about visiting extraterrestrial life and came up with his paradox to deflect from that as part of a psychological warfare operation.

Fermi was Italy's leading nuclear physicist who won the Nobel Prize in 1938 for his research into nuclear energy, which is also when he left for the US due to Mussolini's embrace of racist laws. Fermi would certainly have been one of the experts consulted on the energy system of the crashed flying saucer recovered by the Italians in 1933. A top secret study group was created and headed by his colleague and friend Guglielmo Marconi who faked his death in 1937 to work secretly on an Italian secret space program.

Fermi therefore knew that extraterrestrial spacecraft had been recovered and that the Italians and Germans were working furiously to reverse engineer these. When he emigrated to the US he brought this highly classified information with him and ultimately became involved in US efforts to likewise reverse engineer captured extraterrestrial spacecraft.

So the Fermi paradox was based on a lie disseminated by a famous Italo-American nuclear physicist who like many other scientists involved in ET related projects, Donald Menzel, etc., were instructed to pass on disinformation as part of the psychological warfare initiated to keep visiting ET life a secret.
