We need to start believing in how great @CAPE_ACEP can be.
I believe that and that's what I'm here to do: I want to take us there.

By working together we can build a world free from violence for women & girls. Join the #MYActionsMatter campaign and share what you’re doing to help end violence against women: https://t.co/enmVvwkVxR
So true! We need to create environments where people aren't afraid to stand up and say something, whether at work, in the union, and everywhere. https://t.co/gh9O22JGxv
8. Keep members informed--most importantly!! Invite members to NEC meetings. Push regular updates. Arm them with Intel so they can participate in their union!
7. Reinvigorate union bulletin boards with jokes, contests, key information. They may be old school but they're our space on employer territory--let's seize it!
6. Share more union history. Build pride in being part of something bigger. Ps, CAPE-ACEP alumni had a hand in negotiating pretty exceptional benefits back in the day!
IBM: "There's one key to our future growth: the client experience." Gotta admit the IBM Phoenix Pay System hasn't led to many happy clients. https://t.co/STxLl0fJJl
.@Intrapreneurcnf It's a wrap for #IntraCnf 2017 but we at the League still have footage coming in! Day 3: @IBM women leading the way as executives and
as #intrapreneurs. Now, it's a wrap (lest we get more pics!). 😉 #SIW2017

@PIPSC_IPFPC is clear on its position on the Phoenix Pay System at the AGM: “Either hire more staff to assist our members or face more grievances,” Daviau told delegates. https://t.co/eXIiOx8InN
