I was very excited to receive my @UnderArmour face mask. When it arrived it was too small. #Customerservice for a replacement has been #terrible. 2-3 weeks to send an item in stock in not acceptable. @UnderArmour can you help get this resolved? I still want this mask.

@Lowes Sugar Land store staff were very helpful, especially one of the managers, Abby. They did the right thing and replaced the generator that I purchased less than a week ago. It never worked because it was damaged. Very different experience than in the past.

@Lowes bought generator Sunday. went to start it & starter was broken (cut hand on damaged part). took it to authorized repair shop to get fixed. they said appears damaged in shipping. called local Lowe’s to replace it. they said would not do it. not acceptable. What can be done?
