So on Tuesday @bt_uk did something to my 94yr old nans phone line, and haven’t been back to repair it, despite several promises. It’s now Saturday, still saying it could be 5 days. All the neighbours on the street have their lines! She’s 94, lives alone and has no mobile! Why?#bt
