The response submitted by the school management is completely baseless and does not adequately address the issues raised by us. Therefore, on August 1, 2026, we requested the District Magistrate (DM) to reform/reconstitute the committee and conduct a proper inquiry into the matter. However, despite the passage of considerable time, the committee has not yet been reformed or reconstituted.

Respected Hon’ble President of India,

I respectfully wish to ask whether it is not necessary to examine and question the manner in which the District Magistrate has handled my grievance, particularly when my repeated representations have not resulted in any effective action or inquiry.

I have approached the concerned authorities through written representations and have sought an opportunity for my grievance to be properly examined. However, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.
I therefore request that the matter may kindly be examined from the perspective of administrative accountability, including whether the District Magistrate has properly discharged the responsibilities associated with my complaint.

I am not seeking any personal favour. I only request that the matter be considered fairly and that the appropriate authority examine the actions and inaction of the concerned officials.

Today, I have been informed that my child’s Class 10th registration has been put on hold because of an outstanding amount.

I respectfully request you to consider the seriousness of this situation. should not become a reason for my child’s education and future to be adversely affected, particularly when the matter involves circumstances beyond her control.

I sincerely hope that you will intervene and help me protect my child’s education from further uncertainty. She should not have to bear the consequences of a dispute between adults.

I request your kind and urgent assistance in ensuring that her Class 10th registration is not withheld and that she is allowed to continue her education without interruption.

I hope you will help me save my child’s future from further hardship.

The District Magistrate is a senior IAS officer and is expected to act in accordance with the directions and orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court and other competent courts. However, despite our request dated August 1, 2026, the committee has still not been reformed/reconstituted. We therefore respectfully request that the competent authority examine whether the applicable judicial directions have been duly complied with and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
