Spent the last 2 hours getting transferred to various departments who won't resolve at Beko's cost replacement of a washing machine which is faulty from factory. Extended warranty is out by 6 months but they are turning a blind eye to consumers protection act 2015.

@UPSHelp_UK my parcel has been delayed for nearly 2 weeks now. Yesterday it had finally had the import and warehouse scan in uk. scheduled for delivery today. Now there is no info for delivery and a statement that a delay because of brexit related problem. Fix this ASAP plz
