@British_Airways How long do they take to reply? There is an obligation to pay hotel etc. The ground staff told us they could not get them and to seek our own. I had to find a hotel at midnight so no idea why you are not paying the claim.

@British_Airways I had a 24 hour delayed flight. Submitted hotel, food, transport expenses. Payment sent but for a random amount that doesn’t even cover the hotel. I have asked for a breakdown. No reply.

@marksandspencer hi - how long are your online returns taking please. One has been with you for a week and you say that check and refund will take no longer than 3 day. Please advise.

@marksandspencer Thanks but I was turned away from a clothing till and a full service store on Saturday. I had read the online advice and this was not what the store understood. There is conflicting information and I could not make my return at the till.
