I’m almost positive from what I have seen that the 27.0.1 update did nothing to fix the problem for people having issues. My wife’s 18 Pro Max has been SOS for about 6 days now. Have a Apple Store Appointment today to get some answers before my 14 day return period closes on Sunday. I have the same phone and it’s been perfect since launch.

And that update did absolutely nothing to fix it, and yes I think everyone who already updated on Monday knows it didn’t. My wife has been dealing with this since Sunday morning, we both got 18 Pro Max on the 19th, mine has been perfectly fine and hers does exactly what the article says, SOS in and out, no calling, no data. Just brutal with no actual answers from either company.
