@ZESAHOLDINGS_ please attend to the fault I reported on the 7th of June 2025 with ref number 613443, your team hasn’t assisted since we called on 704.
this a matter of urgency. The team at coventry station just asked me to write the fault in their report book, no help from them

@ZESAHOLDINGS_ we’vehad an electrical fault and have reported on 704 , and was given a ref# and i’ve been following up this ref# which ws given after i reported the fault but there’s no response as yet, since then noone hs showed up to fix this issue. Pls Zesa do act urgently.
