@ajflax Yeah agree with all of that, but it also seems clear to all parties that a team trading for Crochet would have to extend him? So I’m factoring that in a bit, you’re gonna be paying him a contract comparable to Glasnow (a little less prob since you’re buying out two arb years)

@ajflax And it’s hard to value Crochet IMO given the lack of track record and innings concerns. Both Burnes and Glasnow were moved for less, they had one less year of control, but much longer track records. Top-50 prospects don’t really get moved as much anymore
