sometimes just being there for someone is everything, you don't have to buy anything, bring anything, try to get them out, or anything of that nature just be there for them, even if it's just showing up and being quiet and just being there.
“i shouldn’t be annoyed at this” instead of shaming yourself for the emotion you’re already feeling, try understanding it. something has triggered you. it may seem small but you’ll soon find that when we give small things big reactions, it’s because a wound has been re-opened.
Seeing someone as they are, rather than as we want them to be can be hard at first. But it ultimately helps us move from 'feeling hurt, resistant or taking it personally', to seeing that we must stop pouring into our illusion of them. Refocus, boundary up & realign with YOUR life
Sitting in your own mess is one of the hardest things to do. Realizing all the situations YOU put yourself in. All the ways YOU could’ve and should’ve protected yourself. All the mistakes and bad decisions YOU made against your boundaries.
everyone keeps telling me that time heals all wounds, but no one can tell me what I’m supposed to do right now. i don’t know how to help myself, my emotions are overwhelming me and my self confidence is destroyed
i don't know man sometimes i feel so weird explaining to someone how inconsiderate they were in a situation that hurt me or made me feel a certain way. it's like if you didn't feel yourself wildin, idk what's left to say at this point. it's a fucked up place to be in emotionally.
