@prancingwombat @Studio71Games I'm the same, I would have much preferred to get the items. Ed has confirmed that they will be back for the next Kickstarter, so if I'm feeling brave I will try again. At least they're aware of this issue now.

@Studio71Games I haven't received my Binding of Isaac items which shipped in Dec. I was told on Jan 15th they would be re-shipped but I've heard nothing since then. Any updates?? @edmundmcmillen

@edmundmcmillen I tried email first and the initial response was "sorry we will have it re-shipped asap" then I heard nothing for ages. Eventually reached out on twitter which made them notice it again and merge my help requests. Still nothing happened. Reached out on Twitter again after that.

@edmundmcmillen super disappointing experience with Studio 71, never received my limited edition dice or figurines and I'm forced to take a refund as they're no longer available 😢 are there other places we can purchase official merch?

@edmundmcmillen All good, I know it's not directly your fault or anything, just wanted to make sure you're aware as I've come across at least 2 other people who have had the same experience. I'll probably still try again for the next Kickstarter cause I'm a sucker for BOI merch!

@edmundmcmillen I'm really not sure, communication has been very poor on their part. My original shipping date was Dec 5th and waited an extra couple weeks before contacting because of Christmas etc. The original tracking link never worked. I will find it difficult to purchase anything else 😢

@dereniBiceps @Studio71Games @edmundmcmillen Lmao mine shipped 13th Dec, it's probably gone forever! I had several 'tickets' open with support and they've all been merged into one request after this tweet, but I still haven't had an update from anyone 🤷‍♀️ I'm going to ask for a refund I think.
