@DawnDawnClark @phenomemum My husband's took 13 days too to link his old passport. He received his new one yesterday. It seemed to move quickly after they confirmed they had received his old passport.

@HM_Passport Nearly 2 weeks after our application was sent, it says that they are still waiting for the the old passport to arrive. We have the tracking number to say it has arrived and been signed for. Have you lost it or is it taking longer to update the system?
