Regardless of whether people agree on everything, I believe people deserve the opportunity to speak openly, share their experiences, and have meaningful conversations without being dismissed or silenced.

As someone who has personally struggled with serious health challenges and spent years searching for answers, I understand how important it is to feel heard.

I've had the opportunity to share my own story on Chris and Tamara's podcast, and I appreciate the platform they're providing for people whose experiences and concerns deserve attention.

We need more open dialogue, more compassion, and more willingness to listen to one another.
