قوه قضائیه جمهوری اسلامی روز پنجشنبه ۱۳ فروردین اعلام کرد امیرحسین حاتمی «به‌جرم» آتش زدن یک مکان نظامی «دارای طبقه‌بندی تهران» اعدام شد.

امیرحسین حاتمی متولد سال ۱۳۸۶ بود و ۱۸ سال داشت. پیش از این سازمان‌های مدافع حقوق بشر، ازجمله عفو بین‌الملل درباره احتمال اعدام قریب‌الوقوع او هشدار داده بودند.

میزان، خبرگزاری قوه قضائیه نوشته است امیرحسین حاتمی به همراه چند نفر دیگر در جریان تظاهرات ۱۸ دی ماه «به یکی از مکان‌های نظامی دارای طبقه‌بندی تهران تعرض کرده و پس از تخریب، اقدام به آتش زدن آن کردند.»

در گزارش میزان آمده است: «حاتمی در جریان بازپرسی صراحتا اعتراف کرده که «هدف من از حضور در اغتشاشات براندازی نظام بوده و با هدف پیدا کردن اسلحه گرم و مهمات به این مکان حمله کرده و وارد آن شدم.»

این ادعا در حالی مطرح می‌شود که متهمان پرونده‌های امنیتی از دسترسی به وکیل مدافع انتخابی محروم هستند و اعترافات آنان عمدتا زیر فشار و شکنجه اخذ می‌شود.
