Also, no I'm not on anywhere near as high a salary as you think (most above average earners pay about 50% of their money to the state) and no, this is my home.

@dalkeithfiddler @PeterMcCormack @ZackPolanski I think the idea that cutting spending shrinks the economy feels like quite a big assumption. The logic in my head is: cut spending -> reduce my taxes -> I spend my money with great businesses which = growth. Does that not work?
